Paid Subscriptions

Our subscription plans include:

• Basic Plan: Limited features with WebJin branding
• Pro Plan: Full features with custom domain support
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited websites with priority support

Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use WebJin to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Publish content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property
• Spam, phish, or harvest user data
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use automated tools to scrape or access our platform
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through WebJin. By using our services, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

WebJin and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our platform.

DISCLAIMER: OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBJIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
